License Agreement

1. Software License

risk.lol is proprietary software. All rights reserved. The software, including its source code, design, and functionality, is owned by the risk.lol team.

2. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the risk.lol application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
• Connect your Solana wallet to interact with the platform
• Place bets and participate in the game according to the platform rules

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the software for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or interfere with the platform
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform

4. Third-Party Services

risk.lol utilizes third-party services including:

• Solana blockchain for transaction processing
• MagicBlock Ephemeral Rollup for instant bet execution
• Pyth Network for real-time price oracle data

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

5. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
